The Role:

Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) We are seeking a licensed and experienced Psychiatrist OR Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team of psychologists and therapists long term. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a private pay, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming setting. Both virtual only or hybrid roles will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop evidence-based medication treatment plans Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed Provide psychoeducation to clients and families regarding mental health and medications Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinical and legal standards Collaborate closely with psychologists and therapists for coordinated, wraparound care

Ideal Qualifications:

Licensed MD in Georgia OR Licensed

PMHNP-BC

in Georgia Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient mental health Strong executive functioning skills (organization, follow-through, time management) Excellent written and verbal communication An understanding of neurodivergent populations (Autism, ADHD, PDA profiles, etc.) is preferred, but training will be provided if needed Must be Flexible, Adaptable, and Collaborative in team settings Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
