Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Psychiatrist (MD/DO) or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our expanding New York team. • Telepsychiatry with in-office presence typically 2-3 days per week Administrative Support
• Dedicated staff handle scheduling, prior authorizations, and patient coordination Collaborative Clinical Environment
• Weekly case conferences and provider rounds Interventional Psychiatry Exposure
• Work alongside clinical leaders providing TMS, Spravato (Esketamine), and pharmacogenomic testing Multiple Office Locations
• Syracuse, Latham, Poughkeepsie, Kingston, Valhalla, Middletown, New Rochelle, Nanuet, Garden City, and Hauppauge.

Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate closely with therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation Participate in case conferences and team meetings Provide high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with Clearwave standards Qualifications MD/DO or PMHNP certification Board-certification required Active New York license in good standing DEA registration Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-growing outpatient environment
