Job Description

We are looking for a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to assist with the role below. This role does offer great work-life balance in a more relaxed work environment with great support staff, lower number of patients per day; and you're off every weekend and holiday! Apply today!

Remote (Virtual)
Schedule:
Full-Time (Mon-Fri 8a-5p)
Duration:
3 months with possible extension)
Duties:
Maintains quality of care standards Assists patients with enrolling to access educational videos Make assessment of patients health status Follow-Up and evaluate patient's status
Required :
Active NJ license Board Certified 2 years of experience of direct patient care to polychronic conditions
Compensation :
