• Looking for 2 Therapists to join our private practice 70/30 split Two per diem positions available Support of PMHNP & Billing team Shared office space and platform provided Best Behavioral Services is a growing private practice currently seeking 1-2 personable and professional therapists to join our team in Salt Lake City.

We are looking for clinicians who are down-to-earth, compassionate, maintain excellent professional boundaries, and are interested in building long-term professional growth within a supportive practice environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to earn additional income with flexibility and autonomy while still benefiting from a collaborative team atmosphere.

Position Highlights:

• 1099 independent contractor position
• Competitive 70/30 split
• Flexible scheduling-create your own hours
• Hybrid, telehealth, and in office options are available
• Office space provided for in person therapy appointments
• Freedom to structure your practice style based on your personality, patient population, and clinical approach
• Billing platform (Simple Practice) and administrative support provided
• Collaborative support from an in-office Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Welcoming and supportive team environment
• Two per diem positions available

• Warm, personable, and easy to connect
• Professional with strong patient boundaries
• Reliable and interested in staying with a growing practice long-term
• Motivated to continue growing professionally
• Comfortable working independently while also enjoying team collaboration
• Preferably has 3+ years of clinical experience Preferred Experience and training:
• EMDR and/ or Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T)
