Whole Person Collaborative Clinician

At Wellness Within, we believe healing happens through connection, regulation, collaboration, and whole-person care. We are a growing integrative mental health and wellness practice offering psychotherapy alongside complementary wellness approaches in a warm, relationship-centered environment. Our approach is grounded in the understanding that traditional talk therapy helps clients understand their experiences — but true healing also involves helping the nervous system feel safe again. We are seeking collaborative, engaged clinicians who are excited to be part of a team-oriented practice and maintain an active caseload of 23+ client sessions per week through a combination of in-person and telehealth work. What We're Looking For We are looking for clinicians who: Value whole-person, relational, and trauma-informed care Enjoy collaboration and consultation with a multidisciplinary team Want to build and maintain a consistent caseload Are comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth therapy Appreciate structure, accountability, and strong operational support Are interested in contributing to a positive and connected practice culture Responsibilities Maintain an active caseload of 23+ client sessions weekly Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to adults, adolescents, couples, and/or families Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with fellow clinicians and administrative team members Participate in case consultation, team meetings, and practice initiatives Support continuity of care and client engagement Qualifications Fully licensed in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent) Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Experience with trauma-informed, somatic, attachment-based, or integrative approaches preferred Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Availability for a hybrid schedule including in-person sessions in Northampton What We Offer Steady referral flow and marketing support Administrative and intake support Flexible hybrid scheduling Collaborative team culture Beautiful, calming office environment Opportunities for growth, creativity, and development of specialty offerings Supportive leadership focused on sustainability and clinician wellbeing About Our Culture We are driven by purpose, not trends.
