Job Description

Urgent Care NP/PA - Providence, Rhode Island High Volume Practice Flexible Schedule Multiple Locations The Opportunity Join a fast-paced urgent care network with strong support staff and modern resources. This assignment offers consistent hours, diverse patient cases, and the opportunity to sharpen procedural skills in a high-volume outpatient setting.

Schedule:
3 shifts per week (34-36 hours/week) 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM shifts Every other weekend required (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Setting:
Outpatient Urgent Care Compensation & Benefits Weekly direct deposit pay Travel & lodging options available (if applicable) Licensing support Referral bonuses up to $1,000 Dedicated recruiter & fast credentialing What You'll Do Provide urgent care services for patients ages 18 months and older Manage 33-38 patient encounters per 12-hour shift Perform procedures such as laceration repair, abscess drainage, and other minor interventions Interpret basic X-rays (radiologist over-read available within 30-60 minutes) Work across 3 nearby clinic locations with schedule provided in advance Collaborate with MAs, radiology techs, and patient service representatives Requirements Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Active Rhode Island license preferred (licensure candidates considered) Minimum 2 years of urgent care or relevant experience required Comfortable with high patient volume and minor procedures Ability to float between nearby clinic locations Why You'll Love This Location Providence offers a vibrant mix of coastal charm, top-tier dining, and rich cultural history.
