About Providence Community Health Centers:

PCHC has been serving the residents of Providence since 1968, and currently operates 8 neighborhood-based outpatient primary care clinics and two express care clinics. Primary Care Physician Qualifications and Skills:
Board-certified or board-eligible Family MD or DO with experience and interest in community health and patient-centered care; Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Multi-lingual and multi-cultural skills highly valued but not required.
