Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in beautiful Charleston, SC Join our Roper St. Francis Healthcare Palliative Care team Requires 1 year of experience as an NP, experience with hospice or palliative care preferred Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Provides palliative care consultations and follow-up visits in Post-Acute care settings; Home, ALF, and outpatient clinic in hospital system cancer center. In-person and Virtual visits.
