Job Description

Nurse Practitioner | $130K per year | Malpractice included| Full-time | Immediate Start No experience necessary. New grads welcome. Job Overview The clinic is a specialized accident care and rehabilitation clinic dedicated to helping patients recover from accident injuries, including motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, and workplace injuries. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead patient care in our recovery clinic. This role is strictly focused on the evaluation and treatment of mild to moderate soft tissue injuries . You will treat patients of all ages—from children involved in auto accidents to adults and seniors—guiding them through the journey from acute injury to full recovery. The clinic does not prescribe controlled substances.
Hours Monday-Friday:
9AM-12:00PM; 2PM-6PM Saturday 9-12 noon
Key Responsibilities Injury Assessment:
Perform focused exams to evaluate soft tissue injuries (whiplash, sprains, strains, contusions) and joint pain in both pediatric and adult patients.
Treatment Planning:
Implement comprehensive recovery plans, including prescribing therapeutic exercises and specialist referrals.
Diagnostic Orders:
Order X-rays and MRIs to rule out fractures or significant structural damage.
Medical Documentation:
Maintain high-quality, precise clinical documentation.
Qualifications Licensure:
Current, unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner.
Clinical Skills:
Must be confident in assessing spinal and extremity injuries.
Age Versatility:
Must be comfortable assessing injury recovery in children (e.g., pediatric neck strain from auto accidents) as well as adults.
