Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) Float

Overview Physician's Services Group (PSG) is seeking a part-time Float Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support our growing Post-Acute Care team throughout the Greenville, SC market. This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across multiple skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities while making a direct impact on patient outcomes. Schedule and Work Environment Part-Time | Flexible Weekday Schedule Float coverage across Post-Acute and Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Greenville area No nights or weekends required Collaborative environment with physicians, nursing staff, and facility leadership Mileage/travel support opportunities may be available based on coverage needs What You'll Do Provide primary and post-acute care services across multiple facilities Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans Manage chronic illnesses and preventative care initiatives Support continuity of care and reduce avoidable hospitalizations Document patient encounters accurately within EMR systems Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams and facility staff Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience and schedule availability Performance-based incentives available Flexible scheduling with strong work-life balance Opportunity for additional coverage days and regional growth opportunities Qualifications Active NP or PA license in South Carolina, or ability to obtain Board Certified (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA, or equivalent) Strong clinical and documentation skills Post-acute, skilled nursing, hospital, or primary care experience preferred Ability to adapt quickly across multiple clinical environments Comfortable working independently while remaining team-oriented Why Join PSG?
