This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for performing thorough patient assessments, diagnosing illnesses, developing treatment plans, and providing preventive health services. Your expertise will help improve health outcomes and ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care across a variety of clinical settings. Responsibilities Conduct detailed physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status and identify medical issues. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication administration, injections, suturing, and wound care. Manage acute and urgent care/primary care for chronic conditions across diverse populations, including urgent care pediatrics, geriatrics, and patients with complex medical needs. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) our practice uses eClinicalWorks to document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently. Order diagnostic procedures such as labs, x-ray, CT scans as medicaly necessary. Provide patient education on disease management, medication adherence, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications while promoting health coaching initiatives. Skills Proven experience working with EMR/EHR systems. eCW experience a plus. Strong clinical skills in acute pain management, IV infusion/insertion, suturing, sterile processing, and infection control protocols. Knowledge of medical coding systems including
CPT, ICD-9/10/ICD
coding for accurate billing and documentation. Skilled in performing diagnostic evaluations using laboratory testing or medical imaging techniques. Familiarity with telehealth platforms to provide remote patient consultations effectively as needed. Ability to manage complex cases We welcome professionals with diverse backgrounds including hospital medicine, outpatient clinics, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges. Your expertise will help us provide exceptional primary and urgent care services that prioritize patient safety and well-being in a supportive environment where continuous learning is encouraged. Occupational Medicine experience a plus. DOT certified a plus but must be obtained upon hiring.
Pay:
$125,000.00 - $162,000.00 per year
