About THE DRIPBaR THE DRIPBaR is a wellness practice focused on helping patients optimize their health through IV nutrient therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, body composition optimization, and preventative healthcare. Our patients are proactive about their health, energy, recovery, appearance, and longevity. We combine evidence-based medicine with a personalized approach to help patients look, feel, and perform their best. Position Overview We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who is passionate about wellness, preventative healthcare, and patient-centered medicine. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, comfortable performing IV therapy, and excited to guide patients through personalized wellness plans. This role includes patient consultations, medical weight loss management, peptide therapy oversight, laboratory interpretation, and ongoing patient education. The right candidate will build long-term patient relationships, drive positive health outcomes, and help grow a thriving wellness practice. What You'll Do Patient Care & Consultations Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations and Good Faith Exams Review patient history, symptoms, medications, laboratory results, and health goals Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and objectives Educate patients on preventative health, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle optimization Build long-term patient relationships and guide patients throughout their wellness journey Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to support optimal outcomes Functional Medicine & Wellness Order, review, and interpret laboratory testing Develop personalized wellness plans based on patient goals, symptoms, and clinical findings Recommend evidence-based therapies, including supplementation, lifestyle interventions, IV therapy, peptide therapy, and body composition optimization services Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support optimal outcomes Euducate patients on strategies to improve energy, metabolism, longevity, performance, and overall wellness IV Therapy & Clinical Services Start peripheral IVs with confidence and proficiency Administer IV vitamin therapies and intramuscular injections Prepare and verify IV therapies according to established protocols Monitor patients during treatment and respond appropriately to adverse reactions or emergencies Maintain accurate and timely charting within the EHR Ensure compliance with all state regulations, company policies, and Medical Director protocols Medical Weight Loss & Peptide Therapy Evaluate, prescribe, and manage medical weight loss therapies in accordance with established protocols Monitor patient progress, outcomes, and medication tolerance through ongoing follow-up and support Educate patients on treatment expectations, potential side effects, lifestyle modifications, and long-term success strategies Develop personalized peptide therapy recommendations in collaboration with the Medical Director and established clinical protocols Adjust treatment plans based on patient outcomes, clinical findings, and evolving health goals Body Contouring & Aesthetic Wellness Services Conduct consultations for body contouring and non-invasive aesthetic wellness services Assess patient goals and determine appropriate treatment recommendations Educate patients on realistic expectations, treatment timelines, and expected outcomes Perform body contouring treatments using approved technologies and protocols Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes Develop customized treatment plans that may incorporate body contouring, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, nutritional support, and lifestyle interventions Identify opportunities to combine services to help patients achieve optimal body composition and wellness goals Maintain proficiency with current and emerging wellness and aesthetic technologies Practice Growth & Patient Success Deliver exceptional patient care and build long-term patient relationships Recommend personalized treatment plans, memberships, and wellness services based on patient goals and clinical needs Educate patients on the value of ongoing care and wellness programs Contribute to practice growth through patient retention, referrals, and treatment plan adoption Represent THE DRIPBaR as a wellness ambassador in the community Qualifications Required Active and unrestricted South Carolina Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Current BLS certification Strong IV insertion and vascular access skills Experience conducting patient consultations and developing individualized treatment plans Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills Ability to work independently while following established protocols and Medical Director oversight Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and EMR documentation proficiency Preferred Experience in functional medicine, integrative medicine, wellness, or preventative healthcare Experience ordering and interpreting laboratory testing Experience managing medical weight loss therapies Experience with peptide therapies and wellness optimization strategies Experience with body contouring, aesthetic consultations, or non-invasive aesthetic treatments Experience administering neurotoxins (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®) preferred but not required Strong patient education, consultation, and relationship-building skills Who Will Thrive Here?
