The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high‑quality, family‑centered care to our most vulnerable patients. This role involves working rotating shifts with opportunities for flexible scheduling to support work-life balance while ensuring 24/7 coverage of our neonatal population. The provider will deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care to neonates in a Level
II/III/IV NICU
setting and perform advanced neonatal procedures such as intubation, line placement, and resuscitation when within scope of practice and training. Responsibilities include participating in high‑risk deliveries, providing stabilization and resuscitation, performing thorough assessments, and managing ongoing patient care. The provider will collaborate closely with neonatologists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other team members. Additional duties include communicating effectively with families, completing accurate documentation, supporting educational initiatives, and contributing to quality improvement efforts. Rotating shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility based on patient and team needs.
