Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality patient care, support weight management initiatives, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to promote health and wellness. Your expertise will help empower clients on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history. Administer injections, including GLP 1 and GLP2 ensuring patient safety and comfort. Manage acute and chronic conditions related to weight management, geriatrics, and behavioral health. . Educate patients on medication administration, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and health coaching strategies. Experience Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner in diverse settings such as hospital medicine, emergency medicine, or outpatient clinics. • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Dr.
