Full-Time Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Opportunity in Hixson TN AFC Urgent Care is currently hiring Full-time advanced practitioners to work at our Gunbarrel Road, Hixson, and Ooltewah TN locations. Pay range is commensurate with experience. AFC providers must be comfortable assessing pediatrics as young as 6 months old. They also must be comfortable in performing procedures in which a local anesthetic may be used. AFC providers conduct annual, sports, school, and pre-employment physicals, vaccinations, and interpret results from diagnostic services such as labs and x-rays. Qualifications and Skills AFC Nurse Practitioner's / Physician Assistant's must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with AANPCP, ANCC or NCCPA; have an active Tennessee State License, DEA number, be (or willing to become) DOT Certified, current ACLS, and registered with CAQH.'
