Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA) / Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Cumberland Dermatology is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing, patient-focused dermatology practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who values high-quality care, professional growth, and long-term practice relationships.

In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional dermatologic care while working alongside a supportive, collaborative team that truly invests in its providers.

What You'll Do:

Perform comprehensive skin evaluations and assessments Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical dermatologic conditions Create and implement individualized treatment plans Perform minor in-office dermatologic procedures (e.g., biopsies, excisions) Educate patients on skin health, disease prevention, and treatment options Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) Contribute to a positive, patient-first clinical culture

Crossville, TN What We're Looking For:

Current PA or NP licensure in the state of Tennessee A strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work and learn independently while thriving in a team-based environment Previous dermatology experience is highly valued , and candidates with prior exposure to dermatology workflows or procedures will find an easy transition Interest or experience in cosmetic dermatology is a plus; training is available for the right candidate
