  • Franklin, TN Franklin Skin & Laser is a well-established, physician-owned practice seeking an exceptional Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing longevity and wellness division.
This position focuses on physician-directed health optimization, including metabolic medicine, weight management, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapies, and preventive wellness. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, intellectually curious, and thrives in a collaborative, physician-led environment. About Us Franklin Skin & Laser has served Middle Tennessee for nearly 20 years and is known for providing outstanding patient care in a supportive, team-oriented culture. We emphasize safety, professionalism, attention to detail, and doing what is right for our patients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations and follow-up visits. Evaluate and monitor patients receiving hormone replacement therapy. Manage patients undergoing physician-directed weight management programs. Participate in peptide and metabolic optimization protocols. Review laboratory studies and develop treatment plans under physician supervision. Provide patient education regarding treatment options, risks, benefits, and expectations. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation. Follow established protocols and collaborate closely with the supervising physician. Participate in ongoing education and training as this rapidly evolving field continues to grow. Qualifications Current Tennessee PA or NP license. DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain). Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred. Experience in hormone optimization, obesity medicine, functional medicine, wellness medicine, or preventive medicine is desirable but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently while embracing physician guidance and established clinical protocols. Commitment to evidence-based medicine, patient safety, and continuous learning.
