Full-time, salaried Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, dual-certified

FNP/PMHNP

to provide integrated psychiatric and medical care in an outpatient setting. This role supports patients with mental health and substance use disorders, with a strong emphasis on whole-person care and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management Perform History & Physical Exam (H&P's) Provide medical follow-ups for co-occurring conditions Manage and follow patients on Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment plans Maintain timely, compliant EMR documentation Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members Participate in team meetings and supervision Qualifications Active

APN & RN

licenses (Tennessee) Dual certification: FNP (or equivalent adult certification) + PMHNP (required)

ANCC PMHNP
