Work Environment Modern office setting Food provided Supportive team atmosphere Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services, diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, and promote overall patient health and wellness. You will play a key role in delivering patient-centered care and improving health outcomes. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with regulations Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.) Provide preventive care, including screenings and immunizations Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma Perform minor procedures (suturing, wound care, incision & drainage) Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members Educate patients and families on treatment plans and lifestyle changes Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols Support clinical staff as needed Participate in quality improvement initiatives Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care Qualifications Master's or Doctorate in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner program) Active Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or related specialty) DEA license and prescriptive authority (Required) Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Knowledge of primary care practices and guidelines Proficiency with EMR systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Specialty Primary Care Physical Setting Clinic Schedule Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Pay:

$51,480.00 - $56,160.00 per year
