• Part-time, Full-time We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established outpatient internal medicine practice in Millington, TN.

This is a collaborative position working closely with an experienced physician, with an emphasis on quality patient care, efficiency, and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and manage patients in an outpatient setting Perform history and physical examinations Develop and implement treatment plans Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia Document encounters accurately and efficiently Collaborate with supervising physician and clinical staff

Qualifications:

Licensed NP or PA in Tennessee Strong clinical and communication skills Comfortable in outpatient internal medicine setting New graduates are welcome to apply (training available)

Compensation:

$45

• 65/hour depending on experience Opportunity for growth and increased compensation based on performance

Flexible outpatient schedule No weekends We are looking for a dependable, professional individual who values patient care, teamwork, and long-term growth. Requirements Valid certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with current state licensure in internal medicine or primary care. prefer Familiarity with EMR/EHR ( We use Practice Fudin EMR)
