Nurse Practitioner (NP)•
Infusion-Based Clinical Role Location:
Nashville, TN Schedule:
PRN- 2 days per week and 2 Saturday per month
Compensation:
$100,00 per year Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled, clinically confident Nurse Practitioner to join a fast-paced, results-driven clinical environment focused on infusion-based therapies. This role is ideal for an NP who thrives in hands-on care, values efficiency, and enjoys seeing immediate, measurable patient outcomes. Candidates with ICU or ER backgrounds, strong procedural confidence, and exceptional IV skills will excel in this role. Experience with infusions is a major plus. PMHNPs are also a major plus.. Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and determine treatment eligibility
- Initiate, manage, and monitor IV infusions and related therapies
- Demonstrate
EXPERT IV
access skills, including difficult starts- Provide safe, efficient, and patient-centered care in a high-throughput setting
- Monitor patients during and after treatment; respond appropriately to adverse events
- Practice comfortably with mild to moderate procedural sedation
- Document care accurately and in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Collaborate closely with clinical and operational leadership to maintain high standards of care Required Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
- Expert IV skills
REQUIRED
- Comfort managing patients under mild to moderate sedation
- DEA license or willingness to obtain
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort practicing independently
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Desire to see immediate patient improvement and treatment results
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills Preferred / Strongly Desired
- ICU and/or Emergency Room experience (major plus)
- Prior infusion therapy experience (big plus)
- Background in anesthesia, critical care, or procedural medicine
- PMHNP certification welcomed
- Comfort managing acutely symptomatic patients Ideal Candidate Profile
