Role Ally Psychiatry is seeking dedicated Psychiatric Physician Assistants (PAs) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our growing team in the Nashville, TN market. • Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Manage medications for patients, including those with substance use disorders.
• Deliver high-quality inpatient and/or outpatient psychiatric care.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation standards.

• Board Certified PMHNP or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience (or strong mental health background).
• Licensed or license-eligible in Tennessee.
• Required Tennessee DEA or eligible to obtain.
• Comfortable working in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage acute psychiatric presentations.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to patient-centered care.
