Job Description

About Us AgeWell is a hormone health and sexual wellness clinic focused on helping patients take control of how they feel, function, and age. For the past 8 years, we've built a care model centered on education, empowerment, and long-term relationships—not rushed visits or reactive care. We believe patients should understand their bodies, have agency in their decisions, and be active participants in their health outcomes. Our work sits at the intersection of hormone optimization, sexual health, and whole-person care—with an emphasis on improving quality of life in meaningful, measurable ways. The Role We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice in a more intentional, patient-engaged environment. This role is both clinical and consultative. You'll spend time deeply understanding each patient's story, educating them on what's happening in their body, and guiding them toward the right treatment programs and ongoing care. Your ability to build trust and help patients commit to a plan will be just as important as your clinical skillset. You'll play a key role in the Amarillo clinic while helping create the capacity for expansion into a second location. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive consultations focused on hormone health, sexual wellness, and overall vitality Evaluate labs and diagnostics to identify imbalances and opportunities for optimization Develop personalized treatment plans (including hormone therapy and related interventions) Clearly explain findings and educate patients on their options in a way that builds understanding and trust Confidently guide patients into appropriate treatment programs and ongoing membership-based care Support patients through follow-ups, adjustments, and long-term progress tracking Contribute to patient education beyond the visit, including participation in social media content and educational initiatives Help develop and refine treatment protocols and patient education resources Collaborate on improving patient experience, care pathways, and overall clinic flow Work with clinic tools and systems to support efficient, high-quality care delivery What We're Looking For Licensed Nurse Practitioner (active Texas license required) Strong clinical foundation; experience in hormone therapy, men's health, women's health, or sexual wellness is highly relevant Ability to communicate complex health concepts in a clear, relatable way Comfortable having value-based conversations that help patients commit to care plans and programs Patient-centered mindset with a focus on education and empowerment Growth-minded and reliable—you take ownership of your role and contribute to a strong, consistent clinic experience Nice to Have (Not Required) Training or experience in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) Background in men's and/or women's health Experience in sexual health or wellness-focused care models Interest in longevity, metabolic health, and lifestyle optimization Comfort with technology, including tools within the Google ecosystem and/or familiarity with AI platforms Why Join AgeWell Established clinic with an 8-year track record and loyal patient base Practice in a focused model—hormone health and sexual wellness, not primary care volume Longer, more meaningful patient interactions Opportunity to help patients achieve real, noticeable improvements in quality of life Be part of a care model that prioritizes education, autonomy, and long-term outcomes
Pay:
