This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job. We are looking for a motivated, relationship driven clinician who wants to grow with a collaborative team, help expand a program from the ground up, and be rewarded for hustle, productivity, and patient impact. Position Highlights Monday through Friday schedule Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Opportunity to work weekends for additional income if desired Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding Unlimited PTO model focused on work life balance and team collaboration Strong earning potential with uncapped incentives Existing physician support onsite Opportunity to help build and shape a growing wound care program in the Beaumont market Compensation Base salary starting around $120,000 to $130,000+ Productivity incentives tied to patient volume High earning potential with several APPs earning $300,000+ annually Unlimited PTO within a collaborative team environment What We're Looking For We are seeking clinicians who bring the right mindset and intangibles above all else. The provider hired into this role will play an important part in: Growing referral relationships Expanding hospital rounding services Developing the outpatient wound care clinic Helping scale the program as patient volume increases The organization plans to continue growing the team and adding additional providers over time.
