$125000.00- $130000.
- $125,000
- $135,000 base salary + $10K
- 15K productivity
- Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM)
- No call responsibilities
- Manageable patient volume (15 patients per day)
- Established practice with strong support staff

- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting
- Manage acute and chronic conditions while focusing on preventive care
- Build long-term patient relationships in a continuity-based practice
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care What We're Looking For
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experience in primary care required (2 years), no new grads
- Comfortable seeing patients of all ages, 35% peds!
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
