Job Description

A healthcare network in Texas is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Primary Care team in the Dallas area. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, tech-enabled environment supporting both in-office and virtual care. About the

Friday Hours:
32 hours of patient care per week (4 8-hour shifts)
Setting:
Outpatient primary care clinic
Responsibilities:
Manage a patient panel with a broad range of primary care needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive visits Provide care in the office, in testing centers, and through occasional telehealth visits Perform in-office procedures as appropriate to clinical training Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams Participate in weekly clinical rounds and ongoing learning opportunities
Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages, or 1 year of outpatient primary care experience seeing patients of all ages, combined with either a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting, seeing patients of all ages State license obtained by the start date
