PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER (NP or PA)

$100,000.00 per year (starting, based on experience)

Primary Responsibilities Patient Care:

Manage a primarily Medicare-aged patient population, providing care consistent with your licensure and certification.

Chronic & Acute Management:

Diagnose and treat chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease) and acute issues (minor injuries, infections, or disease exacerbations).

Diagnostics:

Order and interpret diagnostic procedures including lab work, X-rays, and EKGs.

Treatment Planning:

Prescribe medications and other treatment modalities as needed.

Patient Education:

Discuss disease conditions, treatments, and expected outcomes with patients to ensure they are fully educated on their health journey.

Collaboration:

Work as an integral part of a collaborative team to provide quality, evidence-based care.

Required Qualifications Licensure:

Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Texas.

Certification:

Board Certification (AANP/ANCC for NPs or NCCPA for PAs).

Prescriptive Authority:

Valid DEA license.

Experience:

18+ months of clinical experience as a Provider (strongly preferred).

Patient Focus:

Comfort and experience managing a geriatric/Medicare-aged population.

Location:

Ability to reliably commute to El Paso, TX 79907 or plan to relocate before starting.

Preferred Qualifications Bilingual:

Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
