Full-time Setting:
In-person Clinic (El Paso, TX 79907)Primary Responsibilities Patient Care:
Manage a primarily Medicare-aged patient population, providing care consistent with your licensure and certification.Chronic & Acute Management:
Diagnose and treat chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease) and acute issues (minor injuries, infections, or disease exacerbations).Diagnostics:
Order and interpret diagnostic procedures including lab work, X-rays, and EKGs.Treatment Planning:
Prescribe medications and other treatment modalities as needed.Patient Education:
Discuss disease conditions, treatments, and expected outcomes with patients to ensure they are fully educated on their health journey.Collaboration:
Work as an integral part of a collaborative team to provide quality, evidence-based care.Required Qualifications Licensure:
Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Texas.Certification:
Board Certification (AANP/ANCC for NPs or NCCPA for PAs).Prescriptive Authority:
Valid DEA license.Experience:
18+ months of clinical experience as a Provider (strongly preferred).Patient Focus:
Comfort and experience managing a geriatric/Medicare-aged population.Location:
Ability to reliably commute to El Paso, TX 79907 or plan to relocate before starting.Preferred Qualifications Bilingual:
Proficiency in both English and Spanish.Benefits & Schedule Compensation:
