We are hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner to be the founding clinical provider for the DFW market. You will deliver wound care directly in patients' homes across the DFW metro. No clinic. No hospital politics. Just you, your patients, and a proven care model backed by strong physician leadership. You start as the primary provider, and as patient volume grows, you hire and lead your own team of RNs and LVNs. Think of it as caring for your own panel of patients within a growing company that already has the infrastructure figured out. What You Will Do Provide in-home wound care to patients with complex wounds across the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Perform wound assessments, debridement, and treatment planning. Identify root causes of non-healing including pressure, perfusion, and nutrition issues. Collaborate with physicians on care plans. Build relationships with skilled nursing facilities and referring providers to grow your patient base. Lead and mentor nurses as the team expands. What We Are Looking For Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Texas (board certified). At least 3 years of wound care experience. Mobile wound care, home health, or wound care clinic background preferred. Comfortable working independently in patients' homes. A genuine passion for patient care and for healing patients where they live. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the DFW metro area. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. What We Offer $150,000 salary, full-time, with autonomy to manage your own schedule and territory. Proven clinical model already scaled across multiple markets. Direct reporting to the Senior Director of Clinical Operations. Clear path from solo provider to clinical team leader. A culture built on trust, clinical excellence, and accountability. This is a meaningful opportunity with a growing company. If you are a wound care NP who wants ownership over your work and a real leadership path, we want to talk.
