~$50,700/year at $65/hour ~$66,300/year at $85/hour Position Overview Pure Medicine is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing outpatient primary care practice in Frisco, TX. This role focuses on adult primary care (age 17+) with an emphasis on medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and pre-operative evaluations. Clinical Scope Adult primary care / internal medicine Medical weight loss (including phentermine and GLP-1 therapies, including compounded options and prior authorizations) Hormone replacement therapy (oral, topical, and injectable) Pre-operative evaluations

Patient Volume Typical:

12-18 patients per day is current average Potential growth: up to ~25 patients/day as the practice expands Growth & Flexibility This is a part-time role with no requirement to increase hours as the practice grows. There may be an opportunity to expand hours in the future if desired, but additional providers can also be added as needed. Note:

Position is contingent on credentialing through the

SWHR ACO.

Credentialing timeframe is approximately 3-6 months. If no credentialing issues/delays, and candidate gets credentialing information submitted in a timely fashion, start date will be approximately 2-3 months from date of job offer.

Pay:
