We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative clinical team. Whether you are an experienced provider or a new graduate eager to grow in primary care, we offer a supportive environment designed to help you succeed. What You'll Do As an NP or PA in our practice, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan while working alongside experienced physicians and clinical staff.
Responsibilities Include:
Performing comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions Conducting annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine physical exams Ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic studies Prescribing medications and treatments within scope of practice Educating patients on disease prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices Collaborating closely with physicians and care team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes Maintaining accurate and timely EMR documentation Why Join Our Team?
