Position Overview:

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Practice Setting:

Outpatient only.

Salary:

$112,000 annually - negotiable based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed patient histories and physical exams. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a range of acute and chronic medical conditions. Formulate and implement treatment plans in coordination with collaborating physician. Order, review, and interpret labs and diagnostic studies. Counsel patients on preventive care, medications, and overall health management. Complete documentation accurately within the electronic medical record system.

Qualifications:

Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Texas (or eligible for licensure). Bilingual in Spanish with medical proficiency required. Strong clinical judgment and communication abilities. Comfortable practicing both independently and within a team-based environment. Dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
