Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established medical aesthetics and wellness practice. This role combines cosmetic injectables with medical weight loss and hormone therapy in a patient-focused, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform aesthetic procedures including Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, Restylane, and other dermal fillers Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans Provide consultations for medical weight loss, hormone therapy, PRP, and regenerative treatments Conduct patient evaluations, order and interpret labs, and monitor treatment progress Deliver wellness counseling, including lifestyle, supplements, and preventive care Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in EMR systems Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical team Ensure a safe, professional, and high-quality patient experience Qualifications Active, unrestricted NP or PA license (Texas) 2 3+ years of hands-on experience in cosmetic injectables (Botox, fillers, etc.) Experience in medical aesthetics practice required Valid DEA license Master s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies Experience in medical weight loss and hormone therapy (pellets preferred) is a plus Strong communication and patient engagement skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay + commission structure Paid time off + holidays Medical, dental, vision insurance 401(k) plan Employee discounts & complimentary services Tuition reimbursement Company bonus incentives
