Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Women's Health & Primary Care Join a Growing, Patient-Centered OB/GYN Practice We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and entrepreneurial Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our established OB/GYN practice. This unique opportunity allows the provider to develop and grow a primary care service line while collaborating closely with experienced women's health providers. The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive medicine, chronic disease management, wellness, and providing comprehensive care to women across the lifespan. Position Highlights Full-time position Established OB/GYN practice with strong patient base Opportunity to build and expand a primary care program Collaborative team environment with physicians and nurse practitioners Modern office setting with in-house support staff Competitive salary plus productivity incentives Health, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO and paid holidays CME allowance Malpractice coverage Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services for adolescents and adults Perform annual wellness exams and preventive screenings Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions Manage hypertension, diabetes, obesity, hyperlipidemia, thyroid disorders, and other common conditions Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies Develop individualized treatment plans and patient education programs Coordinate care with OB/GYN providers and specialists Promote preventive health, lifestyle modification, and wellness services Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification Active Texas NP license (or eligibility for licensure) DEA registration (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and patient engagement skills Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or women's health preferred Preferred Skills Experience managing chronic diseases Interest in preventive medicine and wellness programs Comfortable caring for adolescent and adult female patients Ability to work independently while collaborating with physicians Interest in helping grow a new primary care service line About Our Practice At Jenkins OB/GYN & Wellness Center , we are committed to providing exceptional, compassionate healthcare for women throughout every stage of life.
