Job Description
Opportunity Details We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a busy Urology clinic with Laredo Physician group. Standard clinic hours with on-call rotation for after-hours and weekendsCall:

Outpatient care within a multispecialty integrated health system- Support /
Care Team:
Collaborative team including physicians, APPs, and managed care resources- EMR /
Technology:
Cener Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care
- Support physicians with value-based care initiatives
- Educate patients on proper utilization of emergency and urgent care services
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate coding, risk adjustment, and quality documentation
- Participate in after-hours and weekend call rotation
- Cover for physicians during leave periods
- Champion coordinated care models for Medicare and Medicaid populations Compensation & Benefits

- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active or eligible Texas license
- Prior family medicine experience preferred
