Nurse Practitioner

Patriot Care Center is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to perform in-person physical examinations at our Care Center. This role is two to three days per week and focuses exclusively on evaluation and diagnostic assessments — no treatment or prescribing required . The Nurse Practitioner will conduct thorough physical examinations and provide medical opinions based on clinical findings and review of existing medical records. Examinations and testing performed will vary based on the condition the patient is being evaluated for.

Responsibilities include:

Performing in-person physical examinations Conducting diagnostic assessments only (no treatment plans) Performing condition-specific evaluations as indicated Administering tests such as pulmonary function tests (PFTs), range of motion (ROM) assessments, visual exams, and other standardized evaluations when clinically appropriate (there will be training on how to perform all tests) Accurately documenting findings
