                  Provider is required to be an acute care nurse practitioner (ACNP) due to the acuity on ICUs. We will not look at PA candidates.

                    DETAILSPrefer a provider with 1-2 years of experience.

                    Potential the provider could be placed on the NEURO
                    • ICU :
                      Neurology/neurosurgery patients , if they have neuro experience this would be an added bonus! Day to Day responsibilities will include the following:
                    • Admissions
                    • Discharges-Running Codes
                    • Procedures
                    • intubation, central line, trialysis line , arterial lines (number of procedures can vary from none
                    • 2 or 3 night in a 7 day week)
                    • Communication with internal floors and transfers During the day there should be a physician there or at least available by phone.
