PRN Nurse Practitioner

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated PRN Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care and possess a strong background in various medical procedures and treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Perform specimen collection processing with accuracy and adherence to protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed
• Assist in discharge planning and patient education
• Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation and patient management
• Provide healthcare services to individuals with developmental disabilities

Requirements:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license
• Proficiency in working with patients with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and aseptic techniques
• Experience with eClinicalWorks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to stay updated on current healthcare practices and advancements

Pay:

From $75.00 per hour
