In this role, you will deliver comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. You will play a key role in preventive care, acute illness management, chronic disease treatment, and patient education. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative and growth-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse populations Perform physical examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans Manage an average of 30 patients per day Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner Active FNP license with current state certification Experience in primary care settings preferred Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Athenahealth Strong clinical skills across: Acute and chronic care management Infectious diseases Pediatrics (including neonatal and toddler care) Geriatrics and behavioral health
Clinical & Technical Skills Knowledge of:
Medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology CPT and
ICD-9/10
coding for accurate documentation and billing Experience with procedures such as: Suturing Phlebotomy and venipuncture Sterile processing techniques Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required ICU, hospital, trauma, or emergency room experience preferred Additional Qualifications Experience working with diverse populations, including patients with: Developmental disabilities Dementia or Alzheimer's disease Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered care Comfort with telehealth platforms is a plus Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality Why Join Pulse Staffing?
