Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Odessa, TX clinic. You will deliver full-scope primary care to patients of all ages in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No weekends, no call. Compensation & Bonuses Competitive pay based on experience Sign-on bonus available Relocation bonus available for Odessa, Sugar Land, Stafford, Dallas, and Austin locations Malpractice insurance + tail coverage provided Health Insurance, PTO and Holiday Pay CME allowance Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care including wellness exams, chronic disease management, and acute visits for all ages. Diagnose and treat common family practice conditions: diabetes, hypertension, COPD, asthma, URI, UTI, etc. Order/interpret labs and imaging, prescribe medications, and develop evidence-based treatment plans. Perform well-woman exams, pediatric visits, Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, and DOT physicals as needed. Educate patients on preventive care and chronic disease management. Maintain timely, accurate documentation in EHR system. Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to ensure quality outcomes and patient satisfaction. Qualifications Active, unrestricted Texas APRN license with FNP certification required. DEA license and Texas prescriptive authority required or eligible. Minimum 1-2 years experience in Family Practice, Primary Care, or Urgent Care preferred. New grads with strong clinical rotations considered. Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in EHR systems. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus.
