Job Description:

Nurse Practitioner Position Summary:

A Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. In addition, the Nurse Practitioner prescribes, delegates, coordinates, supervises, and evaluates patient teaching and the activities of the ancillary nursing staff working together. The Nurse Practitioner is able to provide direct and indirect care to patients. Your primary workplace will be senior living contracted facilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide primary care to patients Performing initial examinations, including physical exams and patient observations Setting up and monitoring medical equipment Ordering and administrating Communicating test results to patients and their families Recording patient medical history Operating and maintaining medical equipment Coordinating Referrals

$73.00 - $80.00 per hour
