We are committed to providing comprehensive primary care services to our community, emphasizing personalized patient care and health promotion. Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical expertise, a passion for patient-centered care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality medical services across diverse patient populations, including adolescents, adults, and acute care settings. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations, vital sign monitoring, and medical history documentation. Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based clinical guidelines Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory work, imaging, and point-of-care testing Perform in-office procedures, including incision and drainage (I&D), skin biopsies, and Pap smears Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, clinical findings, and response to therapy Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and best practice standards Provide patient education on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment adherence to support long-term outcomes Collaborate effectively with supervising physicians to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care Document all patient interactions accurately within the electronic health record (EHR) system, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Experience Previous experience in family medicine, primary care, urgent care, or a related outpatient setting preferred Demonstrated ability to evaluate and manage patients across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations Experience with (or willingness to learn) common in-office procedures such as incision and drainage (I&D), skin biopsies, and Pap smears Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-based care model Familiarity with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks preferred) Join our team to advance your career in a supportive environment that values expertise in advanced practice nursing or physician assistant roles while making a meaningful impact on patient health outcomes through comprehensive primary care services.
