Company Description Stone Creek Urgent Care is excited to bring a new approach to urgent care that is fast, patient-centered, and designed to meet the needs of the community. Conveniently situated near the Wonderworld and McCarty Lane exits on South IH-35 in San Marcos, TX, our facility will soon open its doors. We are committed to providing high-quality healthcare with a focus on accessibility and exceptional patient experiences. Role Description We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team in an on-site role at our Bastrop, TX location. The Nurse Practitioner will assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for patients with a variety of urgent care needs. Responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing appropriate treatments, and educating patients about health management and preventative care. The position requires a commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Qualifications Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Texas and relevant certifications Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and formulating treatment plans Knowledge and experience with ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests Proficiency in prescribing medications and understanding treatment modalities Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented urgent care setting Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a similar clinical setting is preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, with strong clinical decision-making abilities Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus
Pay:
$115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
