Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings, particularly in family medicine and urgent care. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, assisting physicians in diagnosing and treating patients, and performing various medical procedures. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations. Manage patient care in family medicine office settings, ensuring adherence to treatment plans. Utilize ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans for patients. Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Requirements Valid Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas. At least 3 years previous experience in Family Medicine or Urgent Care required. Proficiency in medication administration and familiarity with DME (Durable Medical Equipment). Knowledge of ICD-10 coding for effective medical documentation. Commitment to providing compassionate patient care. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Experience with ECW (eClinicalWorks) is preferred. Pay:
$105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
