Family Nurse Practitioner

The Opportunity We are a growing Family Practice clinic in Odessa, TX seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner from the Sugar Land area. Relocation to Odessa is required for this position. Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No weekends, no call. Compensation & Relocation Package Competitive pay based on experience Sign-on bonus offered Relocation bonus provided to assist with your move to Odessa Malpractice insurance + tail coverage Health insurance, PTO, and Holiday Pay CME allowance Responsibilities Provide full-scope family practice care for all ages: wellness exams, chronic disease management, acute visits Manage common conditions: diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, URI, UTI, etc. Order/interpret labs & imaging, prescribe medications, develop treatment plans Perform well-woman exams, pediatrics, Medicare AWVs Maintain accurate EHR documentation Collaborate with physicians and staff in a team-based model Qualifications Active, unrestricted Texas APRN license with FNP certification DEA license and Texas prescriptive authority required or eligible 1-2+ years Family Practice/Primary Care experience preferred Must be willing to relocate to Odessa, TX prior to start date Strong clinical and communication skills Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Why Odessa?
