Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at ResolveMD in Draper, UT. This part-time position is for 16-30 hours a week and offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team committed to making a positive impact on our patients' lives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Patient Care:

Conduct thorough patient history and physical examinations Perform initial consultations and develop comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plans utilizing our proven medical weight loss systems and BHRT programs Interpret laboratory tests and ECGs to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Treatment & Prescription:

Prescribe medications, including appetite suppressants and other pharmaceuticals as part of the weight loss program and hormonal treatment strategies in adults. Recommend individualized diet and exercise plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Patient Education & Support:

Provide clear and detailed wellness education, empowering patients to achieve and maintain their health goals. Ensure high levels of patient care by offering ongoing support and guidance throughout their weight loss journey.

Collaboration:

Work as part of a dedicated team to maintain a positive and efficient clinical environment. Engage in continuous learning and professional development in the field of medical weight loss and related therapies.

Requirements:

Must have an active DEA license in good standing Must have a Medical License to practice in the State of UT in good standing High emphasis on patient care with a commitment to outstanding customer service. Dependable, team-oriented professional with a positive attitude. Proven ability to perform patient history, physical examinations, and initial consultations. Skilled in interpreting laboratory tests, ECGs, and formulating effective treatment plans.
