Job Description

We are a growing, innovative private family practice seeking a compassionate and motivated healthcare provider to join our team. We welcome applications from Nurse Practitioners (NP), Physician Assistants (PA), Medical Doctors (MD), and Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) who are passionate about providing high-quality, relationship-centered care. Our clinic offers a modern and forward-thinking approach to primary care with a strong focus on patient experience, preventive medicine, wellness, and long-term health outcomes. We value providers who are collaborative, adaptable, and interested in helping shape the future of healthcare within an independent practice setting. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Perform wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine follow-up care Develop meaningful long-term relationships with patients and families Educate patients on lifestyle, wellness, and preventive health strategies Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to provide exceptional patient care Qualifications Current and unrestricted NP, PA, MD, or DO license Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Passion for patient-centered family medicine Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in family medicine or primary care New graduates with strong clinical training and enthusiasm for family medicine are encouraged to apply Experience in women's health, hormone optimization, wellness medicine, and/or regenerative medicine is a plus What We Offer Supportive and collaborative clinic culture Opportunity to grow within an innovative private practice Autonomy and provider input in patient care and clinic growth
Compensation :
Competitive base salary plus productivity bonuses
Schedule :
Standard Monday-Friday daytime hours with excellent work-life balance.
