Overview We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and growth-oriented ACMHC or associate-level therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about trauma-informed care, brain health, addiction recovery, and helping patients create long-term change. Therapists at Resilience Health work collaboratively with medical providers and behavioral health staff to support patients struggling with: Trauma and PTSD, Anxiety and depression, Substance use disorders, Emotional dysregulation, Chronic stress and burnout, Relationship and attachment challenges, Shame, rejection sensitivity, and identity struggles This position offers the opportunity to work in an innovative integrated-care environment focused on both mental and physical healing. Responsibilities Clinical Care Provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy interventions Support patients with emotional regulation, coping skills, and recovery planning Participate in crisis assessment and safety planning when needed Coordinate care with medical providers, therapists, treatment programs, and family members when appropriate Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently Ensure compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards Complete treatment notes, assessments, and care plans within required timelines Collaboration & Team Participation Participate in weekly supervision and clinical consultation Collaborate with Resilience Health medical providers and care teams Contribute to a positive, supportive, and growth-oriented team culture Engage in ongoing professional development and training Requirements Required Active ACMHC license in good standing with Utah DOPL Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or related field Ability to work independently while utilizing supervision effectively Strong ethical standards and professionalism Preferred Experience working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, or substance use disorders Familiarity with CBT, DBT, EMDR, somatic approaches, mindfulness, or trauma-informed care About Resilience Health Resilience Health is a trauma-informed primary care and behavioral health practice specializing in mental health and substance use recovery.
