Physician Assistant License Full Job Description Pay:
$120,000.00 per year Male Fertility and Peyronie's Clinic is a highly successful medical office seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Our medical team is comprised of one physician, three physician assistants, two advanced practice nurses, and seven surgical assistants. Our physician, Dr. Landon Trost, is the former head of male infertility at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Trost is also world recognized for his work and knowledge of Peyronie's Disease, the treatment of Xiaflex, and vasectomy reversals. We offer male infertility services including hormonal, semen, and DNA testing. We also perform testicular biopsies, varicocelectomy, micro
TESE, TESE
(testicular sperm extraction), and vasectomy reversals among others. Our office has the highest volume of vasectomy reversals in the US, performing ~15-25 cases weekly. For Peyronie's Disease we offer office-based diagnostics including examinations, penile ultrasounds, and penile plication or incision/grafting, if needed. All treatments are performed in office.
Job Description:
  • Good variety throughout the day doing mix of surgery and clinical, with an emphasis on treating patients with Peyronie's disease.
  • Provide medical care and treatments to patients.
  • Perform surgeries (will train, no experience required). Our top 3 surgeries are Vasectomy Reversal, Testicular Sperm Extraction (TESE or MicroTESE), and Varicocelectomy.
  • Evaluate and treat patients with Peyronie's disease, including administering Xiaflex injections with established clinical protocols.
  • Prescribe appropriate medications.
  • No call.
  • No nights.
  • No hospital rounds.
  • Control of calendar (approvals not required).
Qualifications:
  • Current licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant in the state of Utah or successful completion of National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Able to interact well with patients (concierge like atmosphere).
  • Easy going personality; get along well with others.
  • Be able to work both as an individual and within a team.
  • Be proactive, hardworking and able to multi-task.
Hours:
  • 35 bookable hours required for full-time.
Flexible schedule able to shift/flex calendar however you like within Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM framework.
Pay:
  • $120,000/year base and increases to $130,000/year after 6 months.
  • Overtime available if desired (150% salary hourly).
This would be nights or Saturdays.
Other Benefits:
  • Annual raises.
  • Trip funds are available for CME travel.
  • 20 days PTO per year.
