Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our multi-specialty healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive patient care in a clinical settings, utilizing your expertise to enhance patient outcomes and support our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse patient populations, including acute care, geriatrics, pediatrics, behavioral health, and specialized medical procedures. Your proactive approach and clinical proficiency will be instrumental in advancing our commitment to innovative, patient-centered care. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories across outpatient and inpatient settings. Manage complex medical cases by developing treatment plans, performing diagnostic evaluations, and coordinating care with specialists. Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems. Provide telehealth consultations to extend care access and support remote patient management initiatives. Requirements Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or equivalent Advanced Practice Provider credential. Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, CPT coding, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), and HIPAA regulations. Hands-on experience with a variety of clinical procedures including phlebotomy, venipuncture, sterile processing techniques, and infection control practices. Experience working with diverse populations such as pediatric patients, geriatric patients, and individuals with developmental disabilities. Familiarity with specialized fields like gastroenterology, pain management, occupational health, behavioral health or emergency medicine is advantageous. Ability to handle fast-paced environments requiring triage skills and acute pain management expertise. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams and patient education efforts. Pay:
$95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
