We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner who is looking for more than a job — someone who wants to grow into a meaningful, long-term career in medicine done differently. We operate as a cash-pay clinic outside of the traditional insurance-driven medical model. This allows our providers more time, clinical freedom, and autonomy to deliver thoughtful, science-backed, patient-centered care. Our focus is proactive, data-driven health optimization, with an emphasis on functional medicine, hormone optimization, peptide therapies, longevity, and whole-person wellness. This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner who has hands-on experience with hormone and peptide management, or someone with a strong clinical foundation and a genuine desire to learn, grow, and be mentored in this space. You will work closely with our Medical Director and clinical team in a collaborative, high-standards environment focused on outcomes, education, and exceptional patient care. FocusMD offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant, beautiful clinical space alongside amazing team members and motivated patients who are invested in their health. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including in-depth review of labs, lifestyle factors, medical history, symptoms, and patient goals. Develop and manage individualized treatment plans with a focus on hormone optimization, peptide therapy, functional medicine principles, and long-term wellness. Perform blood draws and IV placement confidently and competently. Educate patients on nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle optimization, and proactive health strategies. Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and multidisciplinary clinical team. Document thoroughly and accurately within the EMR. Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to evolving protocols and best practices. Shadow experienced providers initially while building your own patient base and growing into the role. What We're Looking For Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Utah. Experience with blood draws and IV placement is required. Experience with hormone management and peptide therapy is strongly preferred. Background in functional, integrative, regenerative, or longevity medicine, or a strong desire and aptitude to learn. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build meaningful patient relationships. Comfort practicing in a cash-pay, patient-centered model outside traditional insurance constraints. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative clinical culture. A growth-minded provider who is excited to be part of a growing clinic with long-term opportunity. Compensation & Benefits $60.00-$65.00 per hour, depending on experience. Part-time role with growth opportunity to move into a full-time position as patient volume and clinic needs expand. Approximately 28+ hours per week. Schedule will typically be 3 days per week. Strong opportunity for long-term growth within a rapidly expanding functional and integrative medicine clinic. Supportive, professional, and mission-driven clinical environment. Work in a vibrant, beautiful clinical space with amazing team members and highly motivated patients. Employee discounts on clinic services. Free on-site parking. Professional development and continuing education support. Schedule This is an in-person position located in South Jordan, Utah. The role will begin as a part-time position, typically 3 days per week and approximately 28+ hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the clinic continues to expand.
